Our latest project for ALVANCE for GFG / Liberty Group of Our Everyday Heroes series, we traveled to Lochaber, Scotland to capture the incredible story of James Tagney, Process Engineer at ALVANCE British Aluminium.

In the video, James talks about how he started at British Aluminium as a summer internship and then stayed, progressing in his career through to becoming a Process Engineer. He talks about his life changing injury which left him paralysed from his shoulders down. He explains how the business supported him and how that support contributed to his positive attitude and resilience which in turn made it possible for him to go back to work.
